I’m an avid hiker, and trail runner. I belong to the Mountain Club of South Africa, and the ComeHike Hiking Club. Being a friend & a supporter of several local Nature Reserves in the greater Cape Town area, I visit them on a regular basis. I enjoy hiking alone, and in groups. When hiking solo, speed hike (with very little more than a trail runner packed).
