I mainly mountain bike, run some trails and also hike! I would love to do a few of the 7 Summits. I often do challenging (crazy?) things like ride 200km mountain bike rides or running 90km in the mountains…
I have a little twist in my plot - I’m a chronic asthmatic and also have bronchiectasis. This does not stop me however and I still have a loooong bucketlist of adventures to tick off.
I grew up on a farm in the Western Cape, hence my love for the great outdoors!
