GPX file sources for Garmin

Hi All!
Does anyone know where I can get a hold of some gpx files of the longer routes in SA? I checked AllTrails and Hiking project, but the routes I am looking for are not on there. I have never tried loading them before, but would like to try.

Any suggestions for sources? Sorry if I missed this topic before…

Try the Suunto moves count website.
People usually upload their GPX files there for anyone to download.
Its kind of like Strava for Suunto watches.
I have found some useful routes there.

www.alltrails.com has plenty of hikes to download the GPX files to your Garmin
