Hi Annette, have you managed to find any? I am also relocating and whilst info around Gauteng is widely available, the Western Cape, in particular West Coast area, does not seem to be as “geared”. Let us know what you have found!
Hi, Stefanie.Currently we have not yet found a club locally.We are still doing hikes on our own, and sometimes with some friends.
But rest assured there are a lot of day hikes and multi day hikes to choose from in the Western Cape.The West Coast National Park is situated between Cape Town and Langebaan.There are two day hikes there , and a third when it is " Flower Season".Also the Crayfish route starting at Elandsabaai is a fantastic guided coastal hike.
The Cederberg is close by too and a lot of routes to choose from there.
