I’m interested in radio communication, and there are devices from Meshtastic that communicate very simply. I’m trying to find the smallest emergency message deliverer for minimum e,g, weight.
One device is Heltec V3, which is about the size of a box of matches.
This device can read GPS modules (not GPS like a phone) and send minimum messages. It’s range is line of sight, many kilometers, or shorter in difficult situations.
So far I’ve not got one to send GPS emergency (or other) and be shown on the screen of a second distant one. (Normally use a phone)
Is there any interest for something like this?
