Hi guys, I have a todler that wants to go hiking, getting them started really young. Anyone know of a hike ± 5km, even a shortcut on a longer hike would work. Want to sleep over in a tent, close to a stream would be awesome. Gauteng or Magaliesburg area.

We did the shortest of the three trails (5km) at Windy Brow (Cullinan) and our toddlers loved it! Saw a massive giraffe. And there was a “cool” bridge to cross.
Another option are the hiking trails at Hennops. We actually managed to do the 10km route although there’s a shorter option next to the river.
Unfortunately I’m not sure about any camping spots.
